Charlotte, NC - Charlotte 49ers men's soccer coach John Tart has announced the signing of Sean Fogelson to a national letter-of-intent for the upcoming 2005 season.

"Sean will be a good addition to our team," Tart said. "He is a very versatile player who has played in a number of positions. Because of his skill on the ball, his quickness and his competitive nature, Sean will push for playing time during his first year as a wide back or a wide midfielder."

Fogelson, who is a senior at Southeast Guilford High School in Greensboro, North Carolina, has been a member of the North Carolina state ODP team for the past three years. He has played an integral role in helping the Greensboro Soccer Club green team win two consecutive Region 3 premier titles.
