No. 1 Connecticut Demolishes Seton Hall, 82-36
-Maya Moore had 28 points and 14 rebounds, and No. 1 Connecticut routed Seton Hall 82-36 on Saturday to rebound from its first loss of the season. Moore, fresh off her seventh Big East Freshman of the Week, moved into fourth-place on the all-time freshman scoring list with 399 points, passing Nykesha Sales. Tina Charles added 18 points and six rebounds, while Renee Montgomery hit three 3-pointers and finished with 17 points and five assists for UConn, which led by as many as 48 points in bouncing back from a hard-fought loss at seventh-ranked Rutgers on Tuesday.
